O-Original developed a water classification system, based on the various available systems, whicht compares the composition and characteristics of various types of local water, but also long distance water like spring and mineral waters.
The qualification is based on three criteria: quantitiy of minerals and calcium and saline content.
The composition of O-Original Water is qualified according to three criteria:
mineral content (low, moderate high mineral content)
calcium level (low, high calsium level)
salinity (moderalty sweet, sweet and slightly saline)
